TSC Rule 31 Mediator Certification Training

Clay has provided Tennessee Supreme Court Rule 31 approved mediator training since 2008 and has trained more than 2,000 mediators for both General Civil and Family mediation certification.

This training is for anyone wanting to become a mediator in Tennessee Courts, as well as individuals that want to take their conflict resolution skills to the next level and beyond. We even mentor mediators through launching and managing their mediation practice.

TSC Rule 31 GENERAL CIVIL MEDIATOR Training

This 40 hour training program has been approved by the Tennessee Supreme Court Alternative Dispute Resolution Commission and meets the requirements for Listing as a Tennessee Supreme Court Rule 31 General Civil Mediator. This program has also been approved for CLE by the Tennessee Commission for Continuing Legal Education and Specialization.

This 46 hour training program has been approved by the Tennessee Supreme Court Alternative Dispute Resolution Commission and meets the requirements for Listing as a Tennessee Supreme Court Rule 31 Family Mediator. This program has also been approved for CLE by the Tennessee Commission for Continuing Legal Education and Specialization.

This 30 hour training program has been approved by the Tennessee Supreme Court Alternative Dispute Resolution Commission and meets the requirements for Listing as a Tennessee Supreme Court Rule 31 Family Mediator AFTER successful completion of an ADRC approved 40 hour TSC Rule 31 General Civil Mediator training program. This program has also been approved for CLE by the Tennessee Commission for Continuing Legal Education and Specialization.

This 16 hour training program has been approved by the Tennessee Supreme Court Alternative Dispute Resolution Commission and meets the requirements for TSC Rule 31 Listed Family Mediators to earn the designation "Specially Trained in Domestic Violence Issues". This program has also been approved for CLE by the Tennessee Commission for Continuing Legal Education and Specialization.
